Veris is the industry leader in the engineering and manufacturing of special designs. Here are just a few examples:

Extra-Large Pipes and Ducts
This is one of 18 sensors installed in 22' (6700) ducts at the Navajo Generating Station in Page, AZ.

Below Grade Installations
Sensor head can be extended for easy access above grade.

Pre-Fabricated Spool Sections
This 4" (100mm) spool section includes integral straightening vanes.
Partial Insert
Used in hundreds of applications as the cost effective solution for pipe sizes above 20" (500mm), the partial insert flow meter was designed specifically for high velocity water applications, large diameter gas applications and applications where opposite support hardware is impossible or impractical such as large vertical stacks, cooling water lines and buried water lines. The partial insert extends one-third the way into the pipe, senses half of the velocity profile and is especially useful when a hot tap is required.

Real Performance in the Real World
Verabars installed in 80" x 120" (2000mm x 3000mm) combustion air lines significantly improve combustion control at a plant that supplies 1/3 of the power to Hong Kong. Purging of the sensors was not required.

Verabar installed underground and underwater in a 24" (600mm) cooling water line.

Flanged Verabar installed in a high-pressure Hydro line (1450 PSI/9800kPa) monitors compressor efficiency and flow rate to process plants.
